As part of a wider range of wheelchair accessible vehicle equipment, the restraints are tested to ISO 10542 for wheelchair restraints, the international standard covering the design, performance and testing of wheelchair tiedown and occupant restraint systems (WTORS), ensuring wheelchair users are safely secured while travelling in wheelchair accessible vehicles (WAVs) and other passenger transport.
